Artistic Style No. 3

Shrimp swim gracefully in the water. Their bodies are painted with light ink, eyes highlighted with dark ink, and delicate whiskers drawn with fine brushstrokes. The translucency of their shells and the dynamic sense of movement leap vividly within the teapot. A few strokes suggest aquatic plants, leaving ample negative space to evoke clear water.

The intentional white space is not emptiness; it is water, air, and room for imagination. After years of painting shrimp, I have kept practicing how to convey more with less ink.
